SlopShield Terms of Service

1. The service
SlopShield is a browser extension that identifies and filters mass-produced, AI-generated
videos on YouTube ("the Service"). The Service is provided as-is and is not affiliated with
or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
2. Your account and license
- When you purchase a subscription or lifetime license, we grant you a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own use.
- One license covers use by the purchaser on their own devices. Sharing or reselling
license keys is not permitted.
- Pre-orders are valid for the first 50 founding lifetime customers at the founding price.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Plans: $4/month, $39/year, or $19 one-time founding lifetime (limited to 50 customers).
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access
continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record
for your purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: redistribute or resell the Service or its license keys; reverse engineer,
decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code; interfere with or circumvent the
Service's licensing or whitelist mechanisms; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the SlopShield
developer. Your submissions (such as video reports) are used solely to improve the Service's
community blocklist.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of
video classification. Detection results may contain errors, and YouTube's interface may
change at any time, affecting the Service.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this
page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
